Consumers have a right of withdrawal according to the following measure, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly attributable neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (BDRE Austria GmbH, Mozartplatz 5, 5340 St. Gilgen, Tel.: +49 30 548 10 107, Fax: +49 30 546 21 474, E-Mail: ciao@liva-liguria.com) by means of a clear explanation (e.g. a letter, fax or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model revocation form, which is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the end of the revocation period.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will have credited you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different method of delivery than the one offered by us);the most suitable standard delivery offered by us) without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will we charge you for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The time limit shall be deemed to have been observed if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You bear the direct costs of the return of the goods.
They shall be liable for any loss of value of the goods only if such loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary for checking their nature, properties and functioning.
Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who are not nationals of a Member State of the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract and whose sole place of residence and delivery address at the time of conclusion of the contract are outside the European Union.
General notes
1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure sufficient protection against transport damage by using suitable packaging.
2) Please do not send the goods back to us freight forward.
3) Please note that the aforementioned numbers 1-2 are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
